Pay resources from billed (or admin-entered) timesheet entries — RCTIs for ABN contractors, Xero pay runs for PAYG.

The wizard walks you through pay period → eligible resources → entry review → ABN/PAYG split → finalize. ABN runs raise RCTI PDFs; PAYG runs deep-link to Xero pay run for the admin to post.
Recent pay events
Most recent RCTIs (ABN) and payslips (PAYG) generated through the wizard. Each links to Xero. Pre-wizard manual events in Xero aren't listed — only ones we raised through SCRUM-49.
