Insurance requirements

Minimum insurance the ABN sub-contractor must hold. Defaults from the selected client's standing requirements — changing the client re-loads these fields. Override per-role if this engagement has tighter or looser limits than the client's baseline. The candidate confirms they hold these limits on the criteria-response form.
